Effective Date: July 22, 2026
These SMS Terms & Conditions govern text-message communications from Fishbein Law Group, PLLC (“Fishbein Law Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By providing your mobile telephone number and opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Types of Text Messages You May Receive
After you provide your mobile telephone number and expressly consent to receive text messages, Fishbein Law Group may send messages concerning:
- Consultation confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications
- Appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling changes, and rescheduling notices
- Responses to inquiries submitted through our website
- Requests for information or documents
- Document preparation and completion notifications
- Case or matter status updates
- Deadline and meeting reminders
- Billing, account, and other administrative notifications
- Office closures or scheduling notices
- Follow-up communications about requested legal services
- Marketing or promotional messages when you separately consent to receive them
- Other service-related or informational messages connected with your relationship with Fishbein Law Group
Text messages do not replace formal legal notices or communications that applicable law requires Fishbein Law Group to deliver through another method. Text messages do not create an attorney-client relationship and should not be used to send confidential, privileged, financial, medical, or time-sensitive information unless Fishbein Law Group specifically requests it through an authorized method.
Consent to Receive Messages
You consent to receive text messages by completing an online form containing SMS consent language, providing written consent, or otherwise expressly asking Fishbein Law Group to communicate with you by text message. By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and that you authorize Fishbein Law Group to send text messages to that number.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing services or retaining Fishbein Law Group. SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates.
Message Frequency
Messaging frequency may vary. Message frequency depends on your inquiries, appointments, legal-service needs, and interactions with Fishbein Law Group.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier determines applicable messaging and data charges. Fishbein Law Group does not charge a separate fee for text messages.
Opting Out
To opt out at any time, text STOP. After you text STOP, you may receive one final message confirming your opt-out request. Fishbein Law Group will then stop sending text messages to that mobile number unless you later provide consent to resume them.
You may also request removal from the text-message program by contacting Fishbein Law Group at info@fishbeinlawgroup.com.
