Marc E. Fishbein is the founder and principal attorney of Fishbein Law Group, PLLC, a boutique law firm dedicated to delivering personalized and strategic legal solutions for individuals and businesses. With extensive experience in trusts & estates, business planning, and asset protection, Marc has established a reputation for providing high-quality legal services with a client-focused approach.

Marc Fishbein earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from the University of Arizona, where he specialized in marketing and began developing a keen understanding of intellectual property law. During his time at the Eller College of Management, Marc’s leadership and strategic insight led his team to first place in the annual business communication case competition. It was at the University of Arizona that Marc discovered his passion for business, which would later influence his legal career.

Following his undergraduate studies, Marc pursued his Juris Doctor at California Western School of Law in San Diego, where he further honed his legal expertise. As a participant in the Trademark Clinic, Marc represented clients in several pro bono matters, successfully prosecuting and registering more than 10 trademarks before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. His exceptional work in the clinic earned him the Award for Academic Excellence, recognizing his outstanding academic performance.

After law school, Marc Fishbein took the California bar exam and passed on his first attempt. Without pause, he immediately began studying for the Arizona bar exam, which he also passed on the first attempt. This dedication to his legal career laid the groundwork for the founding of Fishbein Law Group, PLLC in 2024. Marc envisioned creating a firm that prioritizes clear communication, transparency, and a commitment to securing the best possible outcomes for clients.

At Fishbein Law Group, PLLC, Marc leads a team of dedicated legal professionals who share his passion for advocacy and deep understanding of the law. The firm’s practice is characterized by a hands-on approach, ensuring that each client receives the attention and expertise they deserve. Marc has successfully represented clients in a broad spectrum of legal matters, ranging from simple estate planning to complex probate and business litigation, earning the trust and respect of both clients and peers.

In addition to his legal practice, Marc is an active member of the American Bar Association, California Lawyers Association, San Diego County Bar Association, and Pima County Bar Association. He is committed to giving back to the community through regular contributions to community events and pro bono work, as well as staying at the forefront of legal developments to better serve his clients.

Outside of the office, Marc enjoys running, hiking, cooking, and spending quality time with friends and family, reflecting his belief in maintaining a balanced and fulfilling life.
